The challenge
Inquiries come in over WhatsApp and phone around the clock. Quotes took hours or days while clients expected an answer in minutes, and tracking the calendar and deposits ate into the team's time every day.
The solution
We built Ivy, a Claude-powered sales and support agent that works over WhatsApp and voice calls: it qualifies leads, generates formal email quotes, handles bookings, and escalates to a person for defined situations. Around it, an automation suite syncs the calendar with the team, detects deposits, and sends daily briefs.
