AI consulting in Puerto Rico, starting from how your business actually operates

The question isn't which artificial intelligence tool to buy. It's which part of your operation can be automated first without your customer service falling apart. That's what we solve in the diagnosis.

I'm Luis A. Pintado Escudero, founder of Pintado.AI. I work from Bayamón with businesses in Puerto Rico, with a documented methodology and case studies you can review before hiring us.

What I find in businesses here

These four situations come up again and again in diagnosis conversations. They aren't market statistics; they're what I see in the day-to-day operations of the businesses I work with on the island.

The owner is the bottleneck

In most of the businesses I work with here, the person who writes the quote, the one who answers the message and the one who sends the invoice are the same person. AI won't fix that on its own: first you have to decide which of those three tasks comes off your plate without breaking the operation.

First contact comes through WhatsApp and Instagram

Customers in Puerto Rico don't fill out long forms. They send a WhatsApp message on a Sunday at 9 p.m. and expect an answer. Any consulting approach that ignores that channel is designing for a different market.

Realistic investment, not conference-stage numbers

A local business isn't going to put $40,000 into a pilot just to see what happens. The honest conversation is what gets automated first with what's already in place, what gets postponed and what isn't worth touching yet.

Tools that were bought and nobody uses

It's common to find active subscriptions to tools that were bought on someone's recommendation and never connected to anything. Part of the diagnosis is taking inventory of what you already pay for before proposing anything new.

How we work

Four steps, all documented

The methodology is written down and handed over to you. Each step has a completion criterion you can verify, not just a feeling of progress.

1

A map of the real operation

Before talking about AI, I document how a customer comes in, who handles them, where things get stuck and how much time each step takes. The output is a process map, not a list of tools.

2

Prioritized by return, not by hype

The candidate processes come out of that map. They're ranked by business impact and implementation effort, and anything that isn't worth automating yet is explicitly ruled out.

3

A 30, 60 and 90-day roadmap

Each initiative has an owner, a verifiable definition of done and an impact estimate stated as an estimate, not a promise. If a number can't be backed up, it stays out of the document.

4

Guided implementation or a handoff to your team

The roadmap can be executed with me or stay with you. Either way, the documentation is yours: processes, decisions and the reasoning behind them are in writing so you don't depend on my memory.

If you're looking for the details on consulting packages, deliverables and investment ranges, they're published on the service page.
